REFUND POLICY
Charges for Cancellation / Postponement / Shifting of Event Date or Venue
If the client cancels, postpones, or changes the event date(s) or venue(s), charges will apply to the total venue rent according to the chart below:

Refund for Exceptional Circumstances :
Full refund if the event affected by natural calamities ( Such as earthquakes, floods, cyclones etc.) or national emergencies.
Processing Time:
Refund will be processed within 30 to 45 days of the cancellation, depending on the intensity of the situation.
