Terms & Conditions

Payment Rules:

1. Pay everything in cash.

2. For regular events, pay 60% of the rent when you book, and the rest at least 15 days before the event.

3. For cultural events, pay 70% of the rent when you book, and the rest at least 15 days before the event.

Business Period:

1. Lunch: 11:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Extra hours after 5:00 PM are not allowed).

Dinner: 6:30 PM – 11:30 PM (Extra hours until 12:00 AM are allowed.)

2. 12 hours will be counted as business period. Air conditioning is provided only during this time.
